Prayer
Prepare a prayer to read out. Then when prompted, pray it.
Creche Non-Parent
Just means helping outside of the meeting room with the kids and the appointed parent.
Setup
Turn up at 4.00pm. Please be on time. Help Mat with whatever needs to be set up. This will involve either carrying hefty tables and screens OR if not lifting things, sorting out tea and coffee in the following way:-
BEFORE THE SERVICE: Set up the tea and coffee table, making sure people have all they need to help themselves to tea, coffee, and biscuits. Keep things tidy while people are helping themselves.
AT THE END OF THE SERVICE: Come out of the service 5 mins early to tidy the table and make tea, coffee and biscuits available for people to help themselves at the end of the service. Keep things tidy and pack everything away at the end.
We also need someone in the car park to welcome visitors 15 mins before the service, and 15 mins into the service. 'Setup Brawn' gets to welcome from 4:45pm to 5pm, and Tea/Coffee gets to welcome from 5pm to 5:15pm.
Being on setup also means packing down at the end of the service.
